Orders

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is processed.

I never received my order. Who do I talk to?

Please email us at info@crafterdepot.com or call 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238) and include your order number. We will respond to the issue promptly.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order, you can do so in your account or call Crafter Depot at 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238). We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please process a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Discover, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

My order is missing products. What can I do?

We definitely strive to be error free – but if you receive your order and you believe there to be an error, any missing items, or any other issue – please do not hesitate to contact us. Please email us at info@crafterdepot.com or call 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238), and include the details of the issue along with your order number, and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes, your complete satisfaction with Crafter Depot products is our goal. You may be subject to a restocking or return shipping fee. Please call us to receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States. Please note that to be eligible for returns, items must be in their original purchase condition, and include all product documentation. Crafter Depot will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized items may not be returned.
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer may not be returned.
  • Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
  • Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238).  Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Crafter Depot. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Crafter Depot will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

In most cases, shipping charges (including Special Handling and any other related costs) are non-refundable. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Crafter Depot will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for carrier pick up and/or inspection.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly upon receipt.  We strive to ship orders received by 2:00pm EST the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), selected shipping method, and your shipment’s destination.  Please note that these are only estimates provided by the carrier and do not guarantee actual delivery times.

What are your shipping options?

We ship primarily USPS, but UPS is also an option available to you.  Crafter Depot reserves the right to ship with the carrier that will be the best solution for your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship products anywhere in the United States (USPS).  This includes APO, FPO, and DPO boxes.  We do also offer International shipping via Canada Post at this time.  Shipping via UPS is limited to the United States and Canada with street addresses only.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes via UPS.  Please contact us at 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238) if you have unique or special shipping needs.
