Return & Exchange Policy
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, your complete satisfaction with Crafter Depot products is our goal. You may be subject to a restocking or return shipping fee. Please call us to receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States. Please note that to be eligible for returns, items must be in their original purchase condition, and include all product documentation. Crafter Depot will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized items may not be returned.
- Items that have been damaged by the customer may not be returned.
- Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
- Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 844-41-CRAFT (2-7238). Â Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Crafter Depot. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. Crafter Depot will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
In most cases, shipping charges (including Special Handling and any other related costs) are non-refundable. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. Crafter Depot will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for carrier pick up and/or inspection.
